About what gph pump would you guys suggest for about a 4-5' vertical run with 2 45's and 4 90's on my return side ? I'm looking for about 200gph in the display after head pressure and all that ?
Which return pump ?

I forgot to mention its a 10" cube,sumped with 1/2" pvc. I have a VCA RFG so I would like enough flow to not need a wave maker.
