So I am looking to buy a rodi system and I am stuck between a few options.

Here is which ones I was thinking:

Spectrapure Chloramine Removal 90-GPD RO/DI System - CR-RODI-90-10

Spectrapure CSPDI Standard 90-GPD RO/DI System - CSPDI-90

BRS 4 Stage Value Plus RO/DI System - 75GPD

Any thoughts?

Which do you have - chlorine or chloramine - in your source water?
How much water do you need to produce (what is your tank(s) size)?

Yes my city treats it's water with chloramine.

I currently have biocube 29 and I'm setting up a 55 gallon cube

Given that, the CSPDI Standard and BRS Value Plus systems won't work for you - they only remove chlorine (which is easier to remove; thus cheaper).

The volume you have are well within the limits of either the CR-RODI-90-10 Spectrapure system or the BRS 6-Stage. I would highly suggest the BRS "plus" system over the standard as it includes the TDS meters - which is pretty critical to know that the system is working as expected.

Having said that; I think either of those systems will work for you. There are some that would swear by the Spectrapure line; I myself have the BRS system and am happy with it. In the end, both use interchangeable components (the filters, resin, etc.), so what you're buying is the hard products and the initial filters - which will last anywhere from roughly a year (for the membrane) to a few weeks (for the resin; highly depends upon how much water you produce). As you need to replace your filters/resin, you can source them from either provider.

I think I'm going to go with the CR-RODI-90-10. Is it really difficult to get rodi systems to work properly? I've read around and it seems like there is a lot required to get these to work right

At drinking water residual levels chloramines are not an issue for any of the Spectrapure systems, there really is no need to invest in catalytic carbons.
Their starter RO/DI system for $160 which comes with the first replacement filters and DI, low range chlorine test kit for monitoring the carbon condition and a handheld TDS meter is impossible to beat.

RO/DI systems are really pretty simple, many will tell you plug and play but in reality a few extra minutes spent during initial set up and a few minutes a month monitoring system performance go a long way. It is the difference between working and working at its best, which equates to the lowest cost of operation or per treated gallon.

Thanks! I think I may go with that one. What are some of the extra steps you would take when first setting it up?

Look for some of my posts on RO/DI start up, disinfection, filter replacement or efficiency, there are thousands of threads out there. I'm sitting in the middle of 27,000 square miles of Navajo Nation with poor phone and internet access or I would search a few for you myself.
