which rocks can i use?

hey everyone i basically went to some river and picked up some rocks to put in my tank. i was wondering if it was ok to sanitize them somehow and if it was appropriate to place them in my tank? how can i tell? thanks!

ps i’m not trying to use it as live rock i was just thinking of using them(specifically that longer one you see) to grow gsp on because i’ve had bad experiences purchasing cycled rock from the lfs
