Well the way i see it is.. Im in my room the most due to my gaming computer in there.. my bed and i dont watch t.v too much. Since i have so much money in my tank. Id rather have ot by my bed so i csn lay in bed and watch my tabk.. specially when i turn the blue leds on for the glowy laser quest look.

Another positive of having ny tank in my room and a side effect is im a mouth breather when i sleep. And i would always get such dry mouth and dry gums sleeping. It got so bad my gun were receeding.

With my 135 gallon and 60g hexagon in my bedroom even with glass tops the evaporation has caused my room to be more moist and i havent had dry mouth in over a year now.

The only negative is the 80-82f tank and evaporation in the summer being on the 3rd level of the house.. makes the room really warm. So i have to have a ceiling fan going full blast in summer to keep me cool.
Im building a master bedroom and bath in my basement so thankfully the rising heat issue won't be a problem

Wow I'm in the wrong job
You can have mine. I stay at home with neurological problems that started in 2014. I haven't worked since I got out of the hospital then.
Before that I worked my butt off. At some point it hits you right up side the head that you aren't going to live forever. Better make a few of those dreams come true or what was the point of having them.
What you see is expert planning and not a good job.

Mine were always in the living room. Now it will depend on the house I buy and the size I go with. I'd love to get a place with a room that I can set up with the main DT and some smaller DTs visible and then have a fish room behind it but that is wishful thinking at this point!

Living room. Also highly recommend the Red Sea E-170 if noise level in the spaces it’s in is a top concern. That’s part of the reason I got it and the reviews were accurate. Extremely quiet tank.

I need to be able to pick more than one option cause between 5 tanks throughout the house there’s one in more rooms than now
