If you are having more, smaller fish that will want to hide in the scape I think B, but personally I'd get rid of the the connecting brush and do it as 2 islands.
If going with larger fish, I'd go A it seems to have some larger holes.
At least that's how I'd decide, but I'm no fish expert, lol

I like B just for looks. A looks a little bit too placed, like the rocks don't flow together

Haha thanks for your info which I never think of it when designing the scape. I'm planning to have both. Then this will be a hard decision for me. Lol.

Yea, B is like more connected to each other. Both scape have their good and bad which make me cant decide it. Lol

I like the flow of B

the question is not what we like but what do you like??

I like A but with the bridge form B or make it 2 complete islands...
I think A has more coral mounting options.

I like scape "A", a lot of places for the corals, light structure, easy to go water trough, a lot of caves and places for the fishes .

Good Idea! I will try to put the bridge from B to A, then it will become a connecting island. I will make a try when I back from work.
Yes, A scape have more coral mounting options and i believe more hiding place for the fishes.
Now another question is, should i go for bare bottom? As this will be a SPS dominated tank. Bare bottom might have a healthy tank due to higher flow? Is this true?

A as it's more interesting for you and the fish, good for flow. Do remember that in a year or so both will likely look the same due to coral coverage (assuming your reefing).

IF YOU HAD TO TAKE A REEFING EXAM, WOULD YOU PASS?
