Which size skimmer

I'm looking between the reef octopus elite 220 sss and the 200 sss for my 200 gallon. The BRS specs for heavy bioload are different than every other site.

Also, any opinions on the sss version vs the non space saver? They'll both fit in my sump.

I would recommend the smaller size skimmer, since if you get too big of a skimmer, you can't pull any gunk out. I would get the non space saver option, since it has a larger space for the bubbles to react with the water.
