I have a bio cube 32 mixed reef. I have the intank media basket but am looking to put a skimmer in. I do not have hood so height constraints do not apply. Let me know what you think are good options

this skimmer on my Bio cube and it is amazing! * About every 4 to 6 months I take the skimmer apart and run it through a 50/50 white vinegar and water bath for 24 hours.

This a great skimmer, the Aquamaxx NF-1 is also great if you want one that will fit in the back chambers.
