Hi guys, I was wondering which state has the most reefers and LFS.

I live in wi now but I used to live in Dallas and there were a lot of people with indoor hobbies to keep out of the heat during summer which lasts 11 months a year. Also a lot of apartment dwellers there so aquariums and birds are more common pets.

California! Florida is not far behind though! Almost all the live goods come in through LAX. Most of the largest wholesalers are located right there. IMO, largest concentration of reefers is in Orange County California which is more or less the suburbs just south of LA.

Seattle and Portland area have a lot of hobbyists . There are also some really good reef stores.
