Which tang?

I am wanting to add only one of these tangs depending on which one is most likely to get along with my bluethroat trigger. Chevron tang or purple tang. Yes I know the Chevron will change once adult.

100 gallon tank, currently have small blue throat trigger and some clowns.

100 gallons is too small for a chevron. You could get away with a Purple though.

Purple would be alright, you could also do a tomini, kole, 2 spot, square tail, or a scopas. Since you are upgrading to a 180, you could do a sailfin/desjardini, Atlantic blue, hepatus, lavender, any mimic tang, or a powder blue/brown

I would go with the purple. Awesome color. Feel it's best to buy for the tank you have. Not the tank your going to have. You never know what may come up.

Chocolate mimic, convict, scopas, yellow, or any of bristletooth would work. Purple could do, but I often here of them becoming more aggressive with time.
