I've fragged a lot of corals with a wet tile saw but I don't remember the brand of the one I used in the past. Any one here using a wet tile saw? If so, which brand do you have?

There are a ton on Amazon like (skill) but I'm no sure if they are powerful enough to cut through the rock and keep stopping the blade.

Thanks!

I can't seem to find that one available. I'm not sure if it's discontinued or something...

I also can't find the specs to compare to other models.

Looking for a wet tile saw. Not the band saw. If I can free up some extra cash I would love the band saw.

I am thinking about just sucking it up and going with the band saw. It is a much better tool. But it would be nice if one of those wet tile saws worked. I feel like those $50-$60 ones don't have enough power to cut through the rock. If I'm going to spend $150 on a better wet tile saw I rather spend another $100 and get the band saw.

the tile saw will go through rock easier than the band saw. THe band saw is more for fragging corals and cutting corals on small rocks....its more for delicate jobs. If you cutting large peices of rock than I imagine a tile saw would work better.

main problem with tile saw cutting coral is blade thickness other than that even the cheapest works.. the one i bought one from lowes for $40 that cuts rock and band saw cuts coral

I ended up buying the small skill wet tile saw and it works great.
