I got such amazing responses from the ERM thread, I thought I'd post this and see if anyone could help me identify it. There's a raised spot on my majestic angelfish, with kinda a puffy whiteness underneath the scales.
I started with thinking ich, then to dropsy, but now I don't think it's either. Now I just flat out don't know. The lateral line is fairly pronounced, but doesn't look bad like HLLE, so I'm at a loss.
The fish swims normally and eats fine and even seems to graze the rocks. The only possible behavioral thing I've noticed is it swims kind of jerky sometimes, like it's darting forward. It's doing that less and less though, as it gets settled into its new home.
Thoughts?
