Whit fuzz on newly cycled tank

Hey guys, tank has been up 5 to 6 weeks. Just added 6 snails and 3 hermits yesterday. All my levels have been in check, but nitrate did drop to 0 which was weird. I did turn the skimmer on though. But I have white fuzz stuff all over the rock. It's to light and small to get a pic, but I could grab one on my power head. I just want to verify it's the start of algae and not something to worry about. You can see it flapping around in the current.

possibly bacterial slime layer, possibly start of some sort of algae.
