White Aiptasia looking thing

What is this? Sorry if it's hard to see, its white and blends into the rock. Really hope its not aiptasia.

+1 for feather duster worm. try to go shade the area and watch, if it retract immediately it's feather duster worm, if it retract slowly it's aiptasia. That way you can check them.

Thanks! Just blew it with a turkey baster and it retracted immediately so it looks like a worm!

good sign, but I mean to test it when it's open to make a shade near it that's the best way, the aiptasia will retract almost the same way when you blew it like this, but the aiptasia isn't going to hide if the light change (shadow for second), you can test it with powerful torche, light it up, Aiptasia will extend more, feather duster worm will retract stressed

Oh the lights were already off and its dark so i couldn't shade but its out usually 24/7

The picture i took of it was already shining a powerful flashlight on it
