White Algae on Glass, Powerheads and rocks

I have a 55 gallon tank which I've noticed for the last few weeks has a small amount white slimy algae which is building up on the rocks, powerheads and glass. My tank has finished cycling and the parameters seem to be stable so I'm wondering if this is normal or whether I should be concerned.

My Parameters are as follows,

Salinity 35ppt
PH 8.2
KH 9.5
NH3/NH4 0
No2 0
No3 10
Ca 360
Mg 1200

I have 2 small clown fish, 5 Trochus snails, 1 Tuxedo Urchin, 2 sand sifting conch and a small Zoa coral which all look to be happy.

How old is the tank , are dosing anything ?

The tank is about 6 weeks old and I'm dosing 4ml of NOPOX every day. I'm still working out my Ca, Mg and KH dosing requirements so I'm not dosing these yet

It's difficult to show with photos so I've put a video on YouTube
as the video shows there's not alot but i want to catch it early if it's an issue

It’ll clear up on its own.

Hit the colonies with a toothbrush.

It’s bacteria, agree on stopping nopox your tank is rather new and your biological filter hasn’t stabilized.. I had the same issue on my current build, I pulled carbon, filter sock, let skimmer overflow into sump without collection and increased oxygenation by aiming return nozzle toward water surface and it cleared up in about a week.

Just to confirm, I need to stop dosing, clean the rocks, remove the filter sock and carbon and set my skimmer to over flow?

A couple more questions

Will the livestock be ok while I'm doing the above?

Once the bacteria has gone do I return to dosing again?

Just stop the dosing. Your at capacity thus the bacteria forming out of the rock and sand.

Scrub just becuse it doesn’t look nice.

I don’t think you need to keep using it.

Every thing should be just fine in the tank.

Don’t change a bunch of anything all at once. No need.
