White area on clownfish jaw/chin?

Can any one tell me what this white area is on my clowns chin/jaw area. The other clown I have does not have this. It has been developing over the last couple weeks I think.

Looks like an infection, unsure what would have caused it. The jaw looks swollen also. Is the fish still eating? Do you have a treatment tank available?
