Why is it blowing sand everywhere? Is it natural behaviour or some issue?

Its likely burrowing or attempting to burrow. Normal behavior.
If it appears to be scratching on the sandbed, you may want to look for ich or other external parasites.

They will also blow the sand to expose pods to eat.

Hmm.. it blows alot.. havent seen it scratching though, just blown sand, but most of them time it does, when i go close to the tank.. will it harm my lps and gsp? Iv seen lps like favia and pinaple brains, clearing sand within seconds.

Scratching would have nothing to do with it.

It won't bother the corals.
