White blob in the zoa heads?

What is this white blob on my Buttkisser Zoa?
My other zoas looked fine btw. In the same rocks.

I was going take an updated picture.. but I got a model in the way.

I would think this is something from the zoa itself. Cause the polyps open up normally.

I believe those "white blobs" are actually the internal guts of the zoa hanging out its mouth. Disgusting right?

Theyre either pooping really hard or checking out and dying. Time will tell
