White blotchy spots on Tailspot blenny.

I've had this tailspot blenny for about 2 weeks now. For the past week this blenny occasionaly has white blotchy spots around the head/face area, especially when the lights are off. During the day, when the lights are turned on, it seems to be healthy, being active and picking on rocks. Is this normal? It's definitely not ich.

Without a pic, I can't say for certain, but they are capable of varying their pattern by lightening up or darkening to help then camouflage better.
