White Bugs Causing Swollen Tips on Acros

I just noticed that on a couple of my acros, the tips seem to be swollen and on a couple of them, I can see what looks like white dots/bugs (?). Can anyone help me to identify what this condition is or what the white dots are?

same swollen tips on my Aussie Gold frag. I tried dipping the frag in Coral Rx for 10 mins but haven’t seen any changes yet.
