Hello there I've noticed these white looking bugs in the morning on my glass and during the day all over my rock work. Idk if its copepods or baby snails they do move everywhere on the rock.

Probably copepods, if they move fastish.
Considered by most to be beneficial.
A wrasse, among other fish would eat the easy ones.

Ya they do. Good I'm glad it's that just couldnt believe how many were in the tank. They are everywhere
They are important.
In the wild, because water is warming in the pacific off the yucatan, the pods are less oily/fat. Some filter feeding whales cannot get enough calories to begin their reproductive cycle.
