White bugs ID verification

Hey guys, all of a sudden my aquarium is covered in these little white specs that look like little bugs and from what I saw online they are copepods but I wanted to upload a pic and get y’all a opinion to make sure I’m not miss ID’ing them and allowing something bad to remain in my tank
