Never seens such disease before and have no idea what it is - anyone?

Yes, I have seen that!
After Copper Power my hippo and emperor had varying degrees of those bacterial tufts. (There is a thread from Humble Fish on another forum about it, but I can’t seem to link it.)
Edit: refreshed my memory- metroplex and kanaplex for 10 days,
Good water quality, low stress, selcon laced nori and beta glucan laced LRS was the cure! Both fish are clear and doing great. Getting them out of a Qt environment, extra vitamin enriched foods (daily) and time...

I’m seeing a lot of this lately, they are mucus cones or plugs. Tangs seem to get it most often. A few of these on a fish are inconsequential, but a lot like this can be an issue....perhaps they can clog the gills?
They seem to arise after treatments, so they are probably a reaction to the treatment by the fish’s skin.
One worry is that late stage ich can also produce mucus like this. Are the fish still eating? Are they breathing normally?

All fish eats normally and do not hiperventillate - yet. We moved then from qt to a 100 gal (empty) tank for better water quality. Dont know how to orceed, in EU antibiotics are not off the shelf :(
