White creatures on tank glass

White creatures started showing up on tank glass. At first I thought they were baby snails, I started to look into it and now I’m not sure what they are. Tried my best for a picture

Looks like spirorbid worms. I have them all over the glass in my overflow. As far as I know they're harmless
