White Critter ID

Hey all - trying to ID these little white critters, too small for me to focus the camera on with a zoom but zoomed out I can get some good pictures (not the white spirals on the rocks). I also have a video where you can see them moving around. They seem to come out more at night...

Judging from the size and movement my best guess would be pods
