White debris type build up in sump

Recently joined and first time posting.

Looking for help with a white type cobweb film that’s building up in return pump section of sump.
Parameters are all in good order, refugium chaeto doing well, not sure what this is and best way to remove. Pretty much covers everything in return chambers of sump .

i have my dosing lines going into this section with a small power head to stir up. All doses are split up over the course of a 24 hour period. Dose nopox daily aswell
After a water change it seems to blow some of it around tank. Finally settles after a while.

Any help be greatly appreciated

Which favor low light and low flow
Take a plastic putty knife and scrape/shave off
