White Discoloration

My purple yang has a white discoloration on the bottom of his body. Pic is attached. The white specks that appear to be on his body are actually on the glass. His skin is completely clean except this white discoloration. Anyone know what this is?

Might be some bullying as I have seen some aggression lately. I also did a water change today, so maybe that stressed the little guy out? I'll see how he is doing in the morning and update.
 
That looks more like an infection spreading on him. I've never seen a purple tang display something like this when stressed or any other time. We should get @4FordFamily 's opinion on that just in case. I'm thinking antibiotics are in order for this guy.

When I see zebrasoma tangs bleaching this badly it usually is an infection, but with that much white it may be "becoming" aberrant, another odd possibility.
