White dot on goby

I just noticed a white dot almost between my watchman goby’s eyes. Can anyone tell what it may be? Sorry my pictures aren’t any better. Thanks!

While it can be sand which happens often, please post pics under white lighting as these pics are too dark to tell.

Fish pics are tough to take, but it is tough to say what is on your fish. Could be an injury, or even a bit of sand. It does look too large to be ich.

Any other symptoms?
Is it still eating?
Is it hanging in its burrow?

He’s eating like a pig as usual and guarding the pistol shrimp.

The white spot was gone today. It must have been sand. Thanks everyone for the help.
