White dot???

Hey everyone I havw a question of what this might be and how to treat it. My percula clownfish has a white dot near its tail. It is eating well and is not gasping for air. When I seen this dot the aquarium was at

Ammonia - 0
Nitrate-0
Nitrite-0
Ph-8.4
Salinity-1.26

I quarantined him as soon as I seen it
It has been approximately 2 1/2 weeks he has not developed any other cysts and he is being treated woth cupramine this cyst is also still there. Doesnt seem like ick
Any suggestions tyia.

Is it the spot near the anal fin? From the pic, i would say ich but i know there are other clown diseases i am not firmiliar with.

Yea its a small cyst by the tail have to look haed sorry my camera blows
