White dots all over

I’m so sorry to keep asking for IDENTIFICATION and help. I keep finding new **** every morning an it’s putting me at an all time stress level thinking everything is going wrong an **** is gonna die lol. Please what are these white specs ? I think idk. They were never there before

Don't overthink it- I know it's new and scary entering into the saltwater hobby - you will be okay and you will have success of you keep studying and learning.

Please consider what is constituted as being an emergency

Could you stick on some white light and try a video with no glare?

Yes I can lol. I’m so new to just I’m constantly looking in the tank I think that’s why I’m so nervous I always find new stuff

Looks extremely similar to what you shared in your first thread on R2R unless there's something different that I have overlooked..

In that post, the advice was that it is probably just vermentid snails.

Am I missing anything?
