White dots everywhere...

Can someone help me ID these things? There’s little white dots all over my tank. Is this like some bacteria? A worm? What am I dealing with here??

@Brunetj , I owe you one. I've been wanting to post about the same problem for awhile, but I get stubborn and keep thinking if I do my own research, I'll be able to figure it out on my own. @Pbh-reef & @iKenreef -- I've researched a bit briefly because of your assistance on this thread, and while I cannot speak for Brunetj's tank, I can say that is is what I have. You have given me a path forward on this. Thank you.

Thanks for the info guys. After getting closer I can rule out the worms. Larger CUC incoming I guess.

They look a little small for nerite eggs but if they're not spirobid worms that's probably what they are. Love the ones on the hermit crab. LOL

UPDATE

it’s official. I’ve got snails...a lot of snails. Saw a lot of little guys cruising the rocks and sand this morning. Fish picked up a few too so population control is in progress as well
