White dots growing on the back wall only

Can anyone tell me if they can ID this hard white dots that are growing on my back wall?

Spirorbid worms. They are a type of small filter feeding worm. They are harmless. I got them when my tank was a few months old. They eventually went away. I guess you can say they are part of the maturing process of your tank. I left mine alone.
