What is it?
Good ?
Bad?

IMO spirorbid worms add a little to the bio diversity of the system, I let them grow on the back glass and in the fuge..

So I’m safe? They are only really on the back wall of my biocube I don’t see it anywhere eles
Yes, they're fine. If you don't like the way they look just scrape them off. I mostly just ignore them. They seemed to bloom in most of my newer tanks then somewhat die down eventually. I assume the population adjusts to how much food is available to them. Just more bio-diversity imo.

Expect to see them heavier sometimes. They are ok.

They’ll die off when your tank matures
