White Dots on Fish

So today I saw a bunch of white dots on a fish, but when I came back at the end of the day they disappeared, can ich do this, or is it something else?

Probably sand on him if it just went away like that.

It's on his fins though as well, and his dorsal fin, I reckon it's be quite difficult to get sand on there, and none of my other fish have these white spots.

If it goes away in a few hours, its not Marine Ich. If its still on his fins and tail, along with some on his body, its Ich. Ich just doesn't come and go, it stays, then slowly goes away.
