White dots on glass - is it jellyfish maybe?

trying to figure out what these guys are. Any guesses? This is the best view I could get on and off camera. Hope the pic is clear enough to identify. I was able to scrape them off pretty easily. They really multiplied a bunch over night.

they almost look more like little egg sacks than hydroid jellyfish. do you have any snails or limpets in there?

Not that I'm aware of, but it's not completely impossible. I only have live rock and one little hermit crab that was a surprise hitchhiker on one of the pieces of live rock. That doesn't mean that someone else isn't hiding out in there though.
