This is crypto and also known as Marine ich. You will need to quarantine and treat with Coppersafe or Copper Power at therapuetic level 2.25-2.5 for a FULL 30 days monitoring copper level with a reliable copper kit such as Hanna brand- NO Api brand.
Also assure ammonia levels do not become elevated and would not hurt to add an air stone for added oxygen during treatment.
The display tank will need to be free of fish and fishless (fallow) for 45-60 days at 80 degrees to assure the trophants have completed their life cycle without a host and have died off

I already moved them to the QT tanks. I separated them, the Powder brown is in his own tank and the rest are in another. No sand, no rocks, no filter. Just airstone and tubes. I bought Coppersafe today from petco, but I haven’t put in the Coppersafe just yet. How many times a week should I do water change for the QT tanks or display tank?

To be safe, I would recommend daily water changes in the QT tank (some people recommend water changes every 2 days, up to you). This prevents ammonia and nitrite buildup. In addition to this, net any food or other detritus that you see to prevent ammonia and nitrite. This is not a cycled tank, and you will have to monitor it much more closely than your DT.

Monitor ammonia with reliable test kit and change IF needed
You want to keep copper level steady
Also consider a hang on power filter ($20 at Walmart) and empty carbon from cartridge to furnish water movement and entrap micron particles

Interesting, so would every other day work better than daily I assume? And there would be no particular increase in ammonia/nitrites?

edit: read your other comment; so no routine water changes are needed as long as copper level is steady and ammonia is not rising?

Reason for test kit is to determine when ammonia is increasing to high level
Can be a week or more and depends on feeding and waste production
I would not depend on api kits or ammonia badge

I understand API kits, but why do ammonia badge tests tend to not be dependable? Sorry for the questions, but I want to learn as much as I can about quarantining fish.

So water changes should not be per week then it will depend on the bioload? How would I know when to change though? Should I wait for the full month? The ammonia badge, you mean the Ammonia Alert?

Yes on alert and only when ammonia shows elevated
Ammonia alerts tend to work when new and then lose their accuracy as they are made for both fresh and saltwater use. Few have wondered how a pad in water can constantly read ammonia after water changes and chemical additions yet test strips requires to pull from water and read within a minute or two
