What are the white dots on rock and back wall?

To small to tell for sure from the pics but probably Pineapple Sponge.

I agree it's too hard to see, but I personally doubt pineapple sponges. Do they move? If you look at them closely do they look like a small coiled shell? Are the hard or soft?

My guess would be spirorbid worms.

They dont move and they are hard shell kind of.

Spirorbid worms, a harmless filter feeder. I have them all over my glass. If you don't like them they're easy to scrape off.
