white dots on snails, etc

Hi, just noticed these small white specs on this snail, and also onn the plug of a frag and a little on the rocks. Not sure if it is something to worry about? I was hoping to add more zoas and coral to the tank soon, as I just purchased a new light.

Thanks! wasnt sure what to think, I was trying to avoid getting any "bad" hitchhikers with this tank and started with liferock from carribsea. Nice to see some extra life in the tank!
