Just part of tank maturity like sponges. Amount of food to feed them determines the numbers. They will come and go but great biodiversity

Those are vermetid snails. Filter feeders as well. They release a mucus web when feeding that can bother corals. Their numbers too will regulate with how much excess nutrients are in the tank.

Looks like a calcerous polychaete, often confused with vermetid. If you don't see mucus webbing then it's another harmless member in the tank.
