Got some white dots on my zoas. It's not sand, just some white dots. Bad thing? Maybe a normal thing? They very slightly almost Un - noticeably stick up off of them. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks guys

I closed them up, otherwise they stay open. I don't think it's sand as I stuck my hand in, in case my eyes played tricks on me lol.Need to see an image to identify if you're seeing sand particles, which is normal for palys or zoanthid pox, which needs to be treated by Furan.
When I had that issue I dipped mine in 1:1 ratio of saltwater and h2o2 for a minute. Rinse then put back in.
Yes sir!!!H202? Peroxide?
I did it for 1 min no longer then wait a few days and see how they are and dip again if needed .Alright. Howlong?
Alright I'll give it a shot. Do they need to be rinsed before placed back In the tank?I did it for 1 min no longer then wait a few days and see how they are and dip again if needed .

Alright thanks. Introduced some frags from another person's setup a few weeks back, other than that my friend is the only one I get my frags from off of his colonys. It may be caused by water levels being off and sometimes introduced frag with zoa pox . There is mix reasons which can cause this.
Thanks manI dont even kno what i would do without furan 2, for pox furan 2 works better then the h202 but it takes 2 to 4 treatments, neither of em cause anyharm so take a shot
