White dust on glass

Why does this stuff always come back on my glass? How do I stop it? It comes off easily but it's really annoying. Also, I stil have this brown algae growing on my filters and power heads!!!!

white stuff is hatched copepods from my observation. the diatoms will show copepods (white ant-looking-things) feeding on them.

I just had similar problems and it ended up being high calcium it precipitating out and was everywhere and reappeared almost as fast as I took it off. Test parameters and see if that is it. I did a water change to help lower and cleared up quickly. Good luck!
