I agree that it's spawning.
It honestly does look like air bubbles in the first pics you shared, but the newer pic you shared shows it better. Some other examples of torch corals spawning (if you click my username in the quote below, the thread it links to has another example not listed in the quote):

What the heck is this ?? Its some green indo torch had it for awhile.. noticed it shrunk up today and now has like eggs from strings coming from its mouth lol. What the heck is this?www.reef2reef.com
Is this torch putting out eggs?
Hi All, I just did a water change and fed my corals in my coral Quarantine tank. One of my torch corals is expelling brown waste (which is normal for the torches I have). What I am seeing for the first time are these white things in it that look like eggs. Any idea what these are?humble.fish

Thanks! I was thinking the same. Unlikely i’ll get anything out of it tho, as soon as the eggs entered the water column my clowns went bezerk and starting gobbling them all up.
