White fecal casing?

Hi, I have had a Red Devil Cichlid for about 8 months. (Previously had one before for 7 years). Never had a problem. Just yesterday I started noticing white casing like pieces floating around the tank? Its not stringy or long, so I don't believe its parasites. Just kind of looks like sausage casings? If that makes sense. There's also healthy, short and solid, normal fecal matter. Healthy appetite and personality, doesn't have any inflamed anal area, bloating or any other physical abnormalities. Its been eating Hikari Bio Gold. So I was wondering if I should be concerned and treat it for a bacterial infection? Or is it just due to the food?

I attached a picture. Might be hard to see. Its not solid white or stringy white. When it floats around its just like thin, kind of paper like??

Any help would be appreciated!
