white film coating Brute trash can

I've had about 30 gallons of SW mix in trash can since December '17. I want to get rid of it and make a new batch when I get a new tank in a few weeks. Whats the best way to clean the film coating the inside including 2 pumps used for circulation. Should I use a vinegar or bleach solution with a scrub brush? TIA

I've never had any problems washing off the salt residue with just water and a towel.

I use a scrub brush and vinegar.

You can clean everything at once by filling with tap water, warm water helps and adding some vinegar. Run a pump in it as well, with the others dismantled! After a half to 1 hour later all should be clean. Rinse with tap and let all parts dry.
