I have this fluffy mold looking stuff growing in my sump. What is it and how can I correct it. My water parameters are great according to my apex and my Hannah checkers. My salinity is a tad low but nothing crazy.

I can't tell exactly what you're asking about, but if it's just in the sump, I wouldn't worry about it...

It’s growing on my return pump, on my bio ceramic, and on my protein skimmer. My copepods don’t seem to be eating it.

It’s just think and I don’t want it making it upstairs to my main display tank.

If it's some time of sponge and you decide to remove it, turn off your pump to the display. Clean out just the object and run carbon.

Oh then it's detritus. If it were a sponge it wouldn't move. Do you not use filter socks?

Out of the 100gallons of water I have I have decided to change ten gallons of water a week. During this process I will such out as much of the white stuff that you all have convince me is detritus. Hopefully this solves my issue and I will get back on track. Started with the return pump chamber tonight and hope to get the skimming chamber next Wednesday.
