Hello all reefers

So about 2 weeks ago i changed my light from current to AI 32.. So going from current to AI is a massive difference.. Since having the AI installed i been noticing every once and a while i find one of these white fuzzy critters just flowing in the water, i usually remove it quickly but i can't find anything on them... Just trying to figure out what it is and if i should be worried since it keeps showing up

Thank you all, anythjng helps

I can imagine many things. May be pineapple sponges BUT Pics under white lighting will be helpful in determining what you have

I just looked up pineapple sponge and thats exactly what it is, fuzzy cocoon looking thing.. Never seen them until light changes.. Any worries towards them?

They derive from silicates from sand and dry rock and favor dark areas and are short lived and harmless

No worries with them.
Newer tanks tend to get them and then generally die down to lower levels/go conpletely
