I have a bunch of mangroves and noticed most of them have this white fuzz type stuff on them. Not sure if it's mold or just something these plants do. Should I remove them or will it be ok?

I already tossed them out. It was a white slime on them and they smelled like sewage. Didn't think that was healthy for my tank.

They were probably rotting. They'll start to grow bacteria.

Ya idk what happen I went from 62 down to around 12 or somthing. Most of them had that white slime on them. Figures it was better to toss them. Not sure if I'm gona get more. I may just stay with the chaeto.
