White fuzzy orb

Seen a couple in the tank now a few times and when I removed one it had a semi solid mass. It looks soft and fuzzy white and is not always attached to the rock, sometimes just floating around on the sand.

Also in other news my Zoanthids havent opened up in almost 3 weeks. What sort of light should they be getting?

Your light looks very white. Zoas generally prefer bluish light.
Make sure your nitrate and phosphate aren't 0.
Add a tiny amount of iodine now and then.
