Yes that is the one. I also see them as yellow and purple wrasse. Checkerboard wrasse may also be a good option but I like the corks better.

Well, CBB it is. It's a beautiful fish anyways, just don't like the eye spot though, but I guess that's nature.

Gold spotted rabbitfish? A bit larger adult than the <6" that you mentioned, but beautiful fishes, and awesome algae eaters.

gold head sleeper goby. All pearly white with a yellow head. Mine is 4 inches or so. I think 5 is the max

Some species of clown goby are yellow and white if you like those or golden assessors are nice but have no white really . Multibar angels have varying degrees of yellow and white and some tigerpyge angel specimens contain yellow and white

How about a white designer clownfish? There's blizzards and other clowns thats mostly white
