White/grey dust everywhere?

The tank has been set up for a few months and I was never having this issue before, but I seem to have this strange dust collecting everywhere (rocks, glass, heaters) and its easily blown off or scraped off, and I remove what I can during water changes, but it just comes back. All corals are open and happy, the shrimps and clowns behavior didnt change and my snails are fine. Does anyone have any clue what it is?

0 ammonia & nitrite, 2-5 nitrate, 8.1-8.2 ph, no phos, 440-460 calcium, red sea tests

0 phos could indicate dinoflagellates

Could it be dying dino? I had it before and used blue lights to combat them (only turned on whites for pic/vid). Also definitely looks like a dead something lol
