Hmmm, my eyes must be bad, I still can't see any lesion, the fish looks a little pale overall....that brown elongate thing?

right below elongation, there is a white sponge looking growth above the eye.

Bacterial was my first though and the eye seems very cloudy. Is fish active or breathing?
